We offer 3 monthly Hygienist Appointments as a basic service and we do this not to clean dirty mouths but because our regulars want to keep their mouths clean.

Habits Die hard. of course many will think about thumb sucking and dummies but actually the habit that does the most harm is smoking: It dirties the teeth and it make gum disease worse and retards healing.

Diet: Well this is the difficult one. We live in a fast world and usually the food and drink that is the worst for us tastes the best, is often the cheapest and is usually easy to obtain. Sugar in all it's form is the enemy but it does need plaque.

Sugar and Plaque produces acid and this cause Tooth Decay and Gum Disease.

We have to be aware of the silent enemies as well: the Diet Drinks and the fact that we are too lazy to floss.
